By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

Delivery

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

• In-stock items are dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm, Monday to Friday, using Royal Mail next-day delivery.
• Orders placed after 2pm, or on a weekend, will be dispatched the next working day.
• We currently deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales only.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Royal Mail occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control, so we're unable to offer refunds on delivery fees for late parcels. Thank you for your patience if this happens — we're always happy to help however we can.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please keep an eye on this, as it's your responsibility to track your delivery. If you have any issues, please contact Royal Mail directly in the first instance, or reach out to us at [email protected] if you're unable to resolve it.

You are responsible for any customs fees or additional charges that may apply to your order.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

Once your order leaves us, it becomes the responsibility of Royal Mail until it reaches you.

We understand it's stressful if a parcel hasn't turned up, especially when you have clients waiting. In most cases, parcels marked as 'delivered' have been left in a safe place or with a neighbour, so please check these first and contact Royal Mail for the most up-to-date tracking information.

If you weren't home and didn't leave delivery instructions, we're unable to take responsibility for a parcel that Royal Mail's tracking confirms was delivered.

For any parcel that genuinely goes missing, we'll need Royal Mail to complete an investigation before we can offer a refund or replacement. We know this can take a little time, and we appreciate your patience while this happens.

Promotions

From time to time we may run promotional offers (for example, a free item with a qualifying order). Where this applies, you'll still be responsible for paying any delivery charge or handling fee. Full terms for any specific promotion will be provided at the time of the offer.

Return & Refund Policy

If you receive a product that's faulty or not what you ordered, please don't throw it away — we won't be able to offer a refund or replacement without the item itself. Instead, please contact us straight away at [email protected] and we'll let you know the next steps.

When We Accept Returns

We can only accept a return if the product is:

• Faulty, or.
• Not what you ordered.

Why We Can't Accept Other Returns

Once a product has left us, we can't guarantee how it's been stored or handled, so we're unable to confirm it's still safe to use. For the safety of our customers, we're not able to resell any returned product — which is why we can only accept returns for faulty or incorrect items.
