PROFHILO® is an advanced injectable Hyaluronic Acid bioremodelling treatment developed to improve skin hydration, firmness, elasticity, tone and overall tissue quality.

Manufactured by IBSA Derma, PROFHILO® contains a high concentration of ultrapure Hyaluronic Acid, delivering 64mg of HA within a 2ml pre-filled syringe.

Unlike traditional dermal fillers, which are generally used to restore volume, enhance facial contours or provide structural projection, PROFHILO® is designed to disperse through the tissues and support progressive improvement in skin quality.

Product Composition

PROFHILO® contains a highly concentrated formulation of ultrapure Hyaluronic Acid produced through biofermentation.

High-Molecular-Weight Hyaluronic Acid – 32mg per 2ml

High-molecular-weight Hyaluronic Acid provides hydrating and tissue-supporting properties.

Its water-binding characteristics help retain moisture within the extracellular matrix while supporting improved skin hydration, elasticity and suppleness.

Low-Molecular-Weight Hyaluronic Acid – 32mg per 2ml

Total Hyaluronic Acid – 64mg per 2ml

Each 2ml syringe contains a total of 64mg Hyaluronic Acid, combining 32mg high-molecular-weight HA with 32mg low-molecular-weight HA.

NAHYCO® Hybrid Technology

PROFHILO® is manufactured using IBSA's patented NAHYCO® Hybrid Technology, which combines high- and low-molecular-weight Hyaluronic Acid chains through a controlled thermal process.

During manufacturing, the two molecular weights of Hyaluronic Acid are heated and cooled under carefully controlled conditions, encouraging the formation of stable interactions between the different HA chains and creating cooperative hybrid complexes.
