breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm or default of suppliers or sub-contractors,
provided that the Customer is notified of such an event and its expected duration.

Law and Jurisdiction

Courts in England have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to

These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their
subject matter or formation shall be governed in accordance with the law of England and
Wales.
