We provide professional training and development programs designed to enhance skills and knowledge. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue them at any time.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in British Pounds and are subject to change without notice.
• Payments must be made in full before the commencement of training unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept Bank Transfer, Cash and Card via Stripe. We also accept finance payments through Cosmetic Finance.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Customers may cancel training bookings within [number] days of purchase.
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and may take [number] days to process.
• Non-refundable training sessions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

Sargent Training is fully insured by Insync.

Sargent Training Booking Fee:

• 50% of the course fee is is required for all Sargent Training sessions 
• This booking fee is payable on booking the course
• This booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the training before the session commences.

Non-Refundable Items

These are the services that are exempt from refunds, including but not limited to:

• Downloadable training manuals
• Personalized or custom-made training manuals
• The Purchase of online Training Courses
• Sargent Training Booking Fee (50% non-refundable)

Reschedule of Training

If you unable to attend your training day, you will be able to reschedule at no extra cost, however more then two reschedules will incur a cost of £75

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website and social media.
