Welcome to UK Esthetics’s website. If you access and use this site, you agree to be bound by and comply with the company’s terms & conditions (‘T&Cs’), which govern UK Esthetics’s relationship with you concerning this site. If you do not agree to UK Esthetics’s T&C, please do not use this site or any products/services offered by this site.

The products & services UK Esthetics (the ‘Seller’) provides to you (the ‘Buyer’) are subject to the following T&Cs:

1. These T&C shall govern and be incorporated into every contract for the sale of goods/services made by the Seller with the Buyer.

2. By placing an order with the Seller and/or by accepting receipt of any goods from the Seller, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that they are doing so wholly in the course of their trade or business.

3. The prices payable for the goods/services shall be the prices set out on the Seller’s Site current at the time of dispatch of the goods. The Seller has the right at any time to apply/withdraw any discount from its normal prices to take into account of inflation, increases in costs, tax duty and any variation in exchange rates. The prices on the Seller’s site are currently exclusive of any applicable value-added tax.

4. All Debit/Credit Cards will be processed in British Pounds at the time of payment. UK Esthetics is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies.

5. The T&C checkbox is mandatory where the Buyer has to agree to before checkout in regards to accepting our terms.

6. The Seller does not provide any guarantee as to the accuracy of the information and products offered on this site for any particular purpose. The Buyer acknowledges that such information may contain inaccuracies and the Seller expressly excludes liability for any such inaccuracies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. This website contains material which is owned by the Seller. Reproduction of copy of such content is prohibited. Unauthorized use of this site may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

8. This site may include links to other websites. These links are provided for the Buyers convenience to provide further information. UK Esthetics does not endorse, approve or control, and is not responsible for any sites linked from or to the UK Esthetics’s site. We have no responsibility for the content of the linked websites. Linking to any other site is at your sole risk.

9. These T&Cs are subject to change and the Seller reserves the right to update the T&C at any time without notice to the Buyer. You agree to review them regularly and your continued access or use of the Site will mean that you agree to any changes.

1. The Seller is a provider of Aesthetic Products, Equipment and Training to the customers. The Seller may require collecting basic personal information such as the Buyer’s name, postal address, age, mobile number and email address to provide/deliver the products and services which is our core business activity.

2. The Seller may also use the Buyer’s personal information for:

• Communication with the Buyer as part of our business

• Market research and analysis, including satisfaction surveys

• Marketing (i.e. newsletters) of new products and training if the Buyer consents to it

4. UK Esthetics takes adequate precautions for the security of the information collected from the Buyer in terms of the storage, retrieval and utilization. No unauthorized persons will be allowed to access the personal information.

5. The Seller does not share your information with any third party. We will never sell, trade, rent or exchange or otherwise share your information with any other person, company or organisation.

6. The Buyer’s personal information is retained for the period stipulated by Law according to the type of information.

7. The Buyer has the right to ask us to update and correct any out-of-date or incorrect personal data at any time.

8. The Buyer has the right to opt-out of any marketing communications that the Seller may send the Buyer.

9. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to access our website due to the nature of some products we hold such as injectables.

Shipping and Returns

Delivery Policy

• All orders for items that are in stock are dispatched within 1-2 working days.

• All orders for items that are not currently held in our stock are dispatched within approximately 5-7 days.

Returns Policy

• We offer a 5-day returns policy from the date of receipt.

• To return, simply call us on 020 832 83332. and explain the reason why you wish to return the product. You may also contact us by email: [email protected]. Please note: you must contact us before returning a product and ask for ‘Customer Return Form’. A refund will not be issued without our authorisation before your return.

• Refund will be issued only if the product(s) has NOT been opened, used or damaged (including damage incurred during transit).

• Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be processed before it reaches your bank account.
