All our products are nonrefundable. We do not accept refunds on medical items or consumables once delivery had been signed for by the customer. Once delivery information has been sent to the customer it is no longer Ampika's Aesthetics responsibility but is solely down to the customer to receive the goods safely. Ampika's Aesthetics is not responsible for any missing goods by the courier of our choice and the customer should take this matter up with the respective courier should there be any issues.
