Product Overview:
Yasmin is a combined oral contraceptive pill that contains Ethinylestradiol 30mcg and Drospirenone 3mg. It works by preventing ovulation (the release of an egg), thickening the cervical mucus to prevent sperm from reaching the egg, and altering the lining of the womb to prevent implantation. Yasmin provides an effective and convenient contraceptive option for women, with the added benefit of helping to manage acne and symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
Indications:
Yasmin is prescribed for the prevention of pregnancy in women who wish to use an oral contraceptive. It is also beneficial for the treatment of moderate acne in women who are seeking contraception, and for managing symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
Dosage and Administration:
Take one tablet of Yasmin daily at the same time each day.
The pack contains 21 active tablets, and you should take them continuously for three weeks, followed by a seven-day break (or seven days of placebo tablets) before starting a new pack.
Yasmin can be taken with or without food. Consistency in timing is essential for ensuring maximum effectiveness.

Warnings and Precautions:
