Next working day delivery – All orders placed before 3pm Monday – Thursday will be posted the same day for next day delivery via DPD. (to be delivered anytime between 7am-7pm) Excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays.

All orders placed on Thursday AFTER 3pm will be sent next day delivery (to arrive Monday between 7am-7pm) unless Saturday delivery has been selected.

Saturday delivery – All orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be sent the same day to arrive Saturday (7am-7pm)

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of our products, Pretty Face Pharma does not recommend leaving in a safe place or with a neighbour. If this is selected by yourself then Pretty Face Pharma will not be liable for any missing/damaged items. Pretty Face Pharma will not be responsible for any changes made by the customer to the courier.

At Pretty Face Pharma, our click & collect policy means that you can quickly place your orders and collect them at a time suitable to yourself.

You can collect your order 2 hours after you have placed it online. Collection times – Monday to Friday 10am – 5pm (unless privately arranged otherwise via email) 

Please note: During busier times of the year, we cannot always  ensure that the courier will deliver your parcel during the chosen time slot. This is out of our hands and control. However, we will always do our best to ensure that your parcel is sent out received on time.

• Returns If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please do NOT dispose of the product. If the product is disposed of, Pretty Face Pharma will not be able to refund or replace the product.
• We must be notified of return requests within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please email us at [email protected]
• All returned products must be unused and unmarked.
• Products should be retuned in their original packaging and appropriately wrapped to prevent damage during transit. We cannot accept any returns that come back without secure packaging.
• We do not allow returns of medicines and medical products that are used within aesthetics. This is because of hygiene and safety issues. We will only allow such returns if the products are deemed faulty or incorrect.
• If you have received the incorrect items, we will hold responsibility and a full refund will be issued upon receiving the items back along with covering delivery costs. We will resend the correct items with complimentary delivery.
• Faulty goods must be returned for review/investigation before any replacement or refund will be issued. This is non-negotiable.
• Liability and refunds Pretty Face Pharma (the seller) warrants that the goods shall be of satisfactory quality and shall correspond with any specification at the time of delivery. All other conditions, warranties and representations expressed or implied by statute, common law or otherwise in relation to the goods are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• The Seller’s only obligation in relation to defective goods shall be at its option to make good any shortage or non-delivery and/or appropriate to replace any goods found to be damaged or defective and/or to refund the cost of such goods to the Buyer.
• The Seller’s aggregate liability to the Buyer whether for negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the price paid by the Buyer for the goods in respect of any occurrence or series of occurrences.
• The Seller (Pretty Face Pharma) shall not be liable to the Buyer:
• Returns, Refunds & Cancellation policy –  for defects in the goods caused by abnormal or unsuitable conditions of storage (including in the manner in which the goods are stacked and moved within the warehouse or other storage facility) or use by, or any act, neglect, or default of the Buyer or any third party;
• for defects in the goods or discrepancies in delivery, unless notified to the seller within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by the Buyer, or where the defect would not have been apparent on reasonable inspection, within 12 months of delivery.
• Seller is not liable for goods disposed of by the buyer without the express consent of the seller.
