Popular questions

How soon will I see results?

Results from Restylane Volyme are typically visible immediately after treatment, with enhancements continuing to develop over the following days as swelling subsides. This hyaluronic acid filler is designed to provide natural-looking volume and contouring to areas such as the cheeks and chin. For optimal results, follow-up consultations can help assess your individual needs and ensure lasting satisfaction with your aesthetic goals.

How long do the results last?

Results from Restylane Volyme typically last between 6 to 18 months, depending on individual factors such as skin type, age, and lifestyle. This dermal filler is designed to provide natural-looking volume and contour while stimulating collagen production over time. To maintain optimal results, follow-up treatments are recommended as needed. Consult with a qualified practitioner for personalised advice on your aesthetic goals.

Is Restylane Volyme suitable for everyone?

Restylane Volyme is suitable for many individuals seeking facial volume restoration, especially in the cheeks and nasolabial folds. However, it may not be appropriate for those with certain medical conditions, allergies to its components, or pregnant and breastfeeding women. A consultation with a qualified practitioner is essential to determine if Restylane Volyme aligns with your aesthetic goals and medical history.

Are there any side effects?

Restylane Volyme is generally safe, but potential side effects may include swelling, bruising, redness, or tenderness at the injection site. These effects typically resolve within a few days. It's essential to consult with a qualified practitioner to discuss any concerns and ensure the treatment is suitable for you. For best results and minimal side effects, choose an experienced aesthetic clinic for your Restylane Volyme treatment.

Can I combine Restylane Volyme with other treatments?

Yes, Restylane Volyme can be combined with other aesthetic treatments for enhanced results. Many patients choose to pair it with dermal fillers or anti-wrinkle injections to achieve a more comprehensive rejuvenation. However, it's essential to consult a qualified practitioner who can assess your individual needs and recommend the most suitable treatment plan for optimal safety and effectiveness.

What aftercare is required?

After receiving Restylane Volyme treatment, avoid strenuous exercise, excessive sun exposure, and alcohol for at least 24 hours. Keep the treated area clean and refrain from touching or massaging it. Mild swelling or bruising may occur; applying a cold compress can help alleviate discomfort. Follow your practitioner’s specific aftercare instructions to optimise results and ensure a smooth recovery. For best results, schedule follow-up appointments as recommended.
