Refund policy

Returns of Medicines

For safety and legal reasons, we are unable to accept returns of medicines. Once medication has been dispensed, it cannot be resold or reused, and UK legislation prohibits pharmacies from accepting returned medicinal products.

If you have any unwanted or unused medication, you should take it to a local community pharmacy, where it can be disposed of safely and appropriately.

Products of a cosmetic or personal care nature cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Cancellations

If you have placed an order for products to be delivered by post, you may cancel your order at any time up until your medication has been dispatched.

Your right to cancel ends once we issue a dispatch confirmation, which confirms acceptance of your order and forms the contract between us.

Please note that prescriptions may be issued by our prescribers within minutes or hours of an order being placed. If a prescription has already been issued at the time of cancellation, a prescription fee of £5.00 will be payable. Any remaining balance, including the cost of the medication and delivery charges, will be refunded in full.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We aim to ensure every order meets the highest standards. If you need to return a medication because it is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, we will issue a full refund for the medication, including any applicable delivery charges.

Any approved refund will be credited back to the original payment card. If your card has expired by the time the refund is processed, please get in touch with our team so we can update your payment details.
