Faces Consent Shop Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made from Destination Wholesale through the Faces Consent Shop platform (“Faces Consent App”, “Faces”).

Destination Wholesale (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates as an independent seller on the Faces Consent marketplace platform. By purchasing products from our Faces Consent Shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions together with any applicable Faces Consent platform terms, policies, and procedures.

These Terms should be read alongside our related policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Payment Terms where applicable.

In the event of any conflict between these seller Terms and the general Faces Consent platform terms, the platform terms shall apply in relation to operation of the Faces Consent marketplace, payment processing, and platform functionality, and Destination Wholesale’s seller policies shall apply in relation to products supplied directly by us.

1. Marketplace Platform

Destination Wholesale sells products through the Faces Consent Shop marketplace platform as an independent seller.

Faces Consent provides the marketplace technology, checkout system, and customer account functionality; however, Destination Wholesale remains responsible for the products supplied through our seller page, including order fulfilment, product eligibility requirements, shipping arrangements, and applicable seller policies.

By placing an order through the Faces Consent platform, you acknowledge that your purchase is being made from Destination Wholesale as the seller.

2. Eligibility & Professional Use

Certain products sold through our Faces Consent Shop are intended for professional use only and may only be purchased by appropriately trained, qualified, and insured practitioners.

The Faces Consent platform requires users to complete registration and verification processes, including verification of relevant training, qualifications, and insurance documentation where applicable, prior to accessing professional-use products for purchase.

Destination Wholesale relies upon and trusts this verification process when authorising, processing, and fulfilling orders placed through the platform.

Practitioner Responsibility

Products supplied through our Faces Consent Shop are intended for professional use by qualified practitioners operating within the scope of their professional competence & insurance.

The purchaser remains solely responsible for:

• treatment suitability assessments
• product selection
• obtaining informed client consent
• safe administration and storage of products
• compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional obligations

Destination Wholesale acts solely as a distributor and reseller of third-party manufactured products and does not provide medical advice, clinical supervision, treatment protocols, or practitioner training.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Destination Wholesale accepts no liability for treatment outcomes, adverse reactions, practitioner negligence, misuse of products, or clinical decisions made by the purchaser.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order through the Faces Consent Shop constitutes an offer to purchase products from Destination Wholesale, and the binding contract is formed only when the goods have been dispatched.

Destination Wholesale reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or amend orders prior to dispatch for legitimate business reasons including but not limited to:

• stock availability issues
• pricing or listing errors
• payment verification concerns
• suspected fraudulent activity
• failure to satisfy professional-use requirements
• failure to provide requested verification information
• suspected breach of these Terms

Where an order is cancelled prior to dispatch, any authorised payment will be refunded in accordance with the payment provider or platform process.

4. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

All pricing displayed through the Faces Consent Shop is subject to change without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are exclusive of VAT (UK typical rate 20%), which is subsequently added at checkout by FACES to complete the order.  

Payments are processed through the Faces Consent platform and associated third-party payment providers. Destination Wholesale does not store or have access to customer payment/ card details.

Destination Wholesale reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any order where:

• payment cannot be verified or authorised
• incorrect payment for postage is applied
• fraudulent activity is suspected
• the purchaser does not satisfy our professional-use requirements
• the transaction breaches these Terms or platform policies

International orders may be subject to customs charges, duties, taxes, and import fees payable by the customer unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed through the Faces Consent Shop are fulfilled in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details provided through the Faces Consent platform are accurate, complete, and accessible for delivery purposes.

Delivery Guarantees

DPD Next Business Day and Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 services are target delivery services only and are not guaranteed next business day services. Consequently, compensation for delayed delivery is not guaranteed under these services and remains subject to the applicable courier's terms and conditions.

Guaranteed delivery compensation is only available where a Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (9:00am or 1:00pm) service has been specifically selected and purchased.

Transit Insurance

Standard transit compensation currently includes:

• Royal Mail Tracked (24/48): up to £125
• Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (9AM/1PM): up to £750
• DPD Next Day: up to £1,000

(or such other limits as determined by the courier from time to time).

Where an order exceeds the standard compensation limit of the selected delivery service, Destination Wholesale reserves the right to request payment for additional transit insurance before dispatch to ensure the parcel is appropriately insured.

Processing Times

We operate a one business day (Monday–Friday) processing time on all orders for the United Kingdom Mainland areas.

• Orders placed before 4pm (Monday–Friday) are typically processed and dispatched the same day, with the exception of Royal Mail shipments. 
• Orders placed after 4pm (Monday–Friday) will usually be processed the next business day
• Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be processed on the next working day (Monday) unless a weekend delivery option has been selected and is available

Orders selected for Royal Mail delivery are processed on the same business day. Due to Royal Mail collection schedules, orders placed after 11:00am will usually be dispatched on the next business day. Delivery is typically expected within 2 working days, depending on the service selected.

Orders placed for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, and Guernsey will be processed within 1–2 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 2 business days. The same delivery times apply to weekend delivery selections, as guaranteed next day services are currently unavailable for these locations due to courier restrictions beyond our control.

Weekend Delivery

Orders placed between Friday after 4pm and Saturday before 11am may be scheduled for Sunday delivery or Monday arrival where available, and where the relevant delivery service has been selected at checkout

Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays. Orders received during these periods will be processed on the next working day

Destination Wholesale is not responsible for delays caused by courier providers, customs processing, adverse weather conditions, operational disruptions, supply chain interruptions, or circumstances otherwise outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Postcode Restrictions & Courier Service Changes

Destination Wholesale reserves the right to amend available delivery methods, courier providers, delivery timeframes, and applicable shipping charges where reasonably necessary. Updated delivery information will be published online where available.

All shipping prices are based on current market rates and may include:

• courier delivery charges
• courier surcharges
• environmental or green surcharges
• packaging and handling materials
• VAT where applicable

Due to changes imposed by courier providers and increased delivery costs outside of our control guaranteed next-day delivery services are generally no longer available for certain UK postcode areas.

Delivery to these affected areas may not qualify for next day delivery and may instead take approximately 1–2 working days for items to be delivered.

Orders to affected postcode areas may instead be dispatched using specific carriers, such as the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, or other. The fees for this shipping are charged at the applicable market rate, which may vary and remains subject to change without notice.

The following courier restrictions currently apply to the following areas:

• Northern Ireland: BT
• Scottish Highlands & Islands: AB, DD, FK, HS, IV, KA27–28, KW, PA, PH, ZE
• UK Islands: IM (Isle of Man), PO30–41 (Isle of Wight), TR21–25 (Isles of Scilly)

Destination Wholesale will endeavour to ensure orders are delivered as quickly as reasonably possible. 

Orders placed for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, and Guernsey will be processed within 1–2 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 business days.

The same delivery times apply to weekend delivery selections, as guaranteed next day services are currently unavailable for these locations due to courier restrictions beyond our control.

Destination Wholesale reserves the right to amend services, restricted postcodes, delivery pricing, and surcharges at any time where required by courier providers or through operational necessity.

6. Returns, Refunds & Non-Returnable Products

As our products are supplied on a business-to-business (B2B) basis to trained practitioners, returns are generally accepted only where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not as described, or where otherwise required by law.

Any approved discretionary return must be authorised in advance, returned at the customer's expense, and may be subject to a reasonable administration and restocking fee where permitted by law.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout through the Faces Consent payment gateway.

Destination Wholesale reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not comply with our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy or these Terms & Conditions.

7. Delivery Verification & Claims

Destination Wholesale reserves the right to rely upon courier tracking records and delivery confirmation data when investigating delivery disputes or missing parcel claims.

Claims relating to missing, damaged, faulty, or incorrect items must be reported promptly and supported by appropriate evidence, including photographs where requested.

Fraudulent claims, false delivery reports, or misuse of payment disputes or chargeback procedures may result in:

• refusal of future orders
• cancellation of transactions
• suspension of supply
• reporting to payment providers or relevant authorities where appropriate

8. Intellectual Property

All product listings, branding, images, descriptions, graphics, and content used by Destination Wholesale within the Faces Consent Shop remain the intellectual property of Destination Wholesale or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, copy, scrape, distribute, republish, or commercially use any content without prior written permission.

Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Destination Wholesale shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential losses
• loss of business or profit
• practitioner negligence
• misuse of products
• treatment complications or outcomes
• delays caused by third-party courier providers or marketplace systems

Products sold through our Faces Consent Shop are supplied by third-party manufacturers, and any formulation or manufacturing concerns should be directed to the relevant manufacturer where appropriate.

10. Right to Refuse Supply

Destination Wholesale reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, restrict, or discontinue supply to any individual, clinic, practitioner, reseller, or organisation where we reasonably believe there may be:

• breach of these Terms
• misuse of professional-use products
• unauthorised resale or redistribution
• fraud or unlawful activity
• reputational or regulatory risk
• abusive or inappropriate conduct

This may include cancellation of orders, refusal of future supply, or suspension of transactions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

Products purchased through the Destination Wholesale Faces Consent Shop are supplied on a business-to-business (B2B) basis to trained practitioners and businesses. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasers confirm they are acting in the course of a business, trade, or profession and not as consumers. Accordingly, the statutory consumer cancellation rights, including the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, do not apply.

No goods may be returned without the prior written authorisation of Destination Wholesale. Unauthorised returns may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Due to the nature of aesthetic, PMU, cosmetic, hygiene-sensitive, and professional-use products, returns will only be considered where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not as described, or where another legal remedy applies.

The following items will not be accepted for return unless required by law:

• opened or used products
• products with broken or removed hygiene seals
• tampered or altered products
• products that have not been stored or handled in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions
• products that are no longer in a resaleable condition

Destination Wholesale may, at its sole discretion, agree to accept a return for reasons other than those stated above. In such cases:

• prior written approval must be obtained before returning any goods
• goods must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in a fully resaleable condition
• the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including postage, packaging, insurance, and any applicable customs or import charges
• the customer remains responsible for the goods until they are safely received by Destination Wholesale
• a reasonable administration and restocking fee may be charged to recover costs reasonably incurred in processing the return, where permitted by law

Receipt of returned goods does not constitute acceptance of the return. All returned goods will be inspected before any refund, replacement, exchange, or credit note is approved.

Where a return is approved, Destination Wholesale may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, exchange, credit note, or refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used through the Faces Consent payment gateway, less any administration or restocking charges permitted under these Terms and applicable law.

Unless the return results from faulty goods, goods not as described, or an error by Destination Wholesale, original delivery charges, enhanced delivery services, and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Nothing in this section limits or excludes any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Destination Wholesale reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or our Returns and Refunds Policy.
