2. Orders & Payment

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed on Saturdays.

• Orders placed before 16:30 on Saturday will be dispatched the same day.

• Deliveries are made via tracked courier services.

• Buyers must provide accurate delivery information.

• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon successful delivery scan.

4. Product Condition

• All products are new, unused, and in original sealed packaging.

• Products requiring controlled temperatures are shipped with appropriate packaging.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of aesthetic and medical products, returns are generally not accepted, except if:

• The product arrives damaged, or

• The wrong item is delivered.

Return procedure:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.

• Product must remain unopened and unused.

• After inspection, a refund or replacement will be arranged.

• In the case of electronic devices, a full refund is available within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, products may be accepted for repair or replacement only.

Returns are not accepted for opened, used, unsealed, or improperly stored products.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

• If you wish to cancel before dispatch, contact us immediately. Approval depends on order status.

1. Introduction This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions for returns, cancellations, and complaints for products sold by Filler Pharm Wholesale LTD through the FacesConsent platform. 2. Timeframe for Reporting Returns or Issues Buyers must report any request for return or complaint within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Requests submitted after this timeframe cannot be accepted. Required information:

• order number,

• description of the issue,

• photos showing the condition of the product upon delivery.

3. Conditions for Return A product may be returned only if:

• it is unopened and unused,

• it is in its original, undamaged packaging,

• it is not part of the excluded product categories (see section 4),

• the return request is made within 24 hours of delivery. After approval, the buyer must return the product to the address provided. The item will be inspected upon return.

4. Products Excluded from Returns Returns are not accepted for:

• products requiring cold-chain storage or controlled temperature,

• medical and aesthetic products, including fillers, toxins, or injectable solutions, unless damaged upon delivery,

• products that have been opened or have damaged packaging.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products If the buyer receives a damaged product or an item different from what was ordered, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, including photos. In such cases:

• we provide a full refund or replacement,

• return shipping costs are covered by us,

• if the wrong product was delivered, the correct one will be shipped at no additional cost.

6. Return Verification and Refund Approval Returned items must pass inspection. Refunds or replacements are issued only after confirming that:

• the product has not been damaged by the buyer,

• the item shows no signs of use,

• the original packaging is intact. FacesConsent may apply a payment gateway fee to refunds according to platform rules.

7. When Refunds Cannot Be Issued A refund will not be granted if:

• the product was damaged by the buyer,

• the product was not returned,

• the issue was reported more than 24 hours after delivery.

8. Seller Liability Filler Pharm Wholesale LTD limits its liability to the value of the purchased products. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
