By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We are a registered pharmacy operating in compliance with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and relevant UK legislation.

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase prescription medicines or access aesthetic treatments.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during assessments and consultations.

• Prescription-only medicines will only be supplied against a valid prescription issued by a UK-registered prescriber.

• We reserve the right to decline a prescription if it appears invalid, incomplete, unsafe, or inappropriate.

• Any online or in-person assessment must be completed truthfully.

• Our clinicians may request additional information before approving treatment.

• We may refuse supply if the treatment is clinically unsuitable.

• Repeat supplies may require renewed assessments or updated health information.

• We may decline repeat supplies if there are concerns regarding safety or misuse.

• All aesthetic facial treatments (e.g., anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers) require a consultation with a qualified and appropriately trained practitioner.

• Treatment will only be provided if clinically appropriate.

• You must read and sign an informed consent form before treatment.

• Potential complications (e.g., swelling, bruising, infection, allergic reaction) will be explained prior to treatment.

• Results vary between individuals and no guarantee of outcome is provided.

• You are responsible for following aftercare instructions.

• Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect treatment results or safety.

• Prices for medicines and aesthetic services are clearly displayed on our website.

• Payment must be made prior to dispensing medicines or administering treatments.

• We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Medicines must be received by the person named on the order, with ID verification if required.

• We do not take responsibility for delays caused by third-party couriers or factors outside our control.

• Prescription medicines cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, except where required by law (e.g., faulty or incorrect items)..

• Our pharmacy and clinicians follow UK clinical guidelines to ensure safe care.

• Information provided on our website is for general guidance and should not replace personalised medical advice.

• We are not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from incorrect information provided by the patient.

• We comply with GDPR and all applicable data protection laws.

• Personal data is used only for providing pharmacy and aesthetic services.

• We do not share your information with third parties except where required for clinical care, legal compliance, or with your explicit consent.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service or product provided.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

• We do not accept returns of prescription or non-prescription items once they have been dispensed or dispatched.

• Refunds will only be issued if the item supplied differs from the prescription or product requested or damaged.

• To request a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide evidence (e.g., photos) showing the discrepancy.

• If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.
