Delivery

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

In-stock items are dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm, Monday to Friday, using Royal Mail next-day delivery.
Orders placed after 2pm, or on a weekend, will be dispatched the next working day.
We currently deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales only.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Royal Mail occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control, so we're unable to offer refunds on delivery fees for late parcels. Thank you for your patience if this happens — we're always happy to help however we can.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Please keep an eye on this, as it's your responsibility to track your delivery.
