2. Business Customers Only

We sell exclusively to professional and business customers. The rights set out in this policy apply to business purchasers and do not confer any consumer rights under UK consumer law.

3. Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns where:

• The wrong item was sent in error;
• The Product is damaged in transit; or
• The Product is defective or faulty on arrival.

To qualify for a return:

• You must notify us in writing within 3 working days of receiving your order; and

2. The item must be securely packaged and returned in its original condition and packaging.
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was sent in error or is faulty.
4. We recommend using a tracked postal or courier service to ensure safe return.

Returned items received without authorisation may be rejected and not refunded.

6. Refunds and Replacements

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
• Alternatively, we may offer a replacement product at our discretion.
• Refunds will only cover the cost of the Products; shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
