These Terms and Conditions shall not affect any statutory rights which you may from time to time be entitled to, to the extent that such rights cannot be varied or excluded by law.

All products advertised by the Mirror Pharma Limited on-line via the Mirror Pharma Limited website are sold subject to acceptance of the order by Mirror Pharma Limited and availability of the product and are sold by the Mirror Pharma Limited subject to the Mirror Pharma Limited’s Terms and Conditions of Sale. If an item is out of stock you will be advised by email or by telephone within 24 working hours of us receiving your order. You will be offered an alternative product if one is available or you may cancel your order.
3. If you are a private consumer (as opposed to buying for business use) you may cancel any order made by you via the Mirror Pharma Limited website at any time within 7 days of receipt by you of the product. You must notify us either by email to [email protected] or by telephone on 0333 000 0000. Please note exceptions apply in the case of sterile/pharmaceutical products which have been removed from sealed packaging. You must return the products in the same condition that they were in when they were despatched to you. Please refer to Mirror Pharma Limited’s Terms and Conditions of Sale.
4. Mirror Pharma Limited may (directly or through its trusted affiliates), from time to time, send you information on offers and promotions. You will have the opportunity to notify us if you do not wish to receive such offers or be notified of further promotions. Please see our Privacy and Security Policy.
5. Mirror Pharma Limited reserves the right to withdraw any product from the Mirror Pharma Limited website at any time and we may refuse to process any transaction at any time at our sole discretion.

No part of this site may be reproduced in any form whether electronically or otherwise without the prior written consent of Mirror Pharma Limited other than for the purposes of keeping a record of transactions entered into via our website. 15. Mirror Pharma is not responsible for any loss of income due to non-delivery or late deliveries.
16. Mirror Pharma are not responsible for the orders/ products when they leave the Pharmacy. If the order is sent out from the Pharmacy and the order is then delivered without anyone home, the customer is liable for any actions that are taken by our delivery couriers.

Prescribers

I agree to the Terms and conditions for Mirror Pharma I agree to the Privacy policy for Mirror Pharma I agree to the Delivery information for Mirror Pharma I confirm I have had the relevant training in order to order the products on this website. I confirm I am insured to carry out treatment for these products I order on this website. I will check the practitioners I partner with have had the relevant training to administer these products. I confirm that any practitioner that I partner up with will be administering these products under my supervision. I confirm I will be carrying out Face to Face consultations with patients.

Practitioners 

I agree to the Terms and conditions for Mirror Pharma I have read and agree to the Privacy policy for Mirror Pharma I agree to the Delivery information for Mirror Pharma I confirm I have had the relevant training in order to order the products on this website. I confirm I am insured to carry out treatment for these products I order on this website.

Limitations to supply

Toxins: Maximum 2 boxes per (2 dual boxes) patient or maximum 500 units of botulinum toxin depending on treatment area for minimum of 3-6 months duration

Weight Loss Medications: Maximum 2-3 pens per patient with one pen lasting a month, weekly dosing (individual medication specific limits apply). 

Dermal Fillers: no set limit as it depends on the volume required for the patient, typically max supply is 20mls per patient within a duration of 3-6 months, if prescribed treatment by prescriber supply of dermal filler should be limited to the treatment area and quantity prescribed with clear instructions.

Diluents: 3 packs of 10 vails of diluent or Anesthetics 

Peels/ Medicinal Creams: Limit will be five big sized creams (30g) or smaller creams at 5g limit will be 10

Supply Issue: to be fair to all customers limited supplies will be rationed out to customers evenly and ordering caps may be in place, example of these meds are Hyaluronidase, Adrenaline

REFUND POLICY 

We at MIRROR PHARMA  limited believe in providing a high level of service and customer gratification but in any instances a refund is requested we will try our best to solve any issues which may be present. This is how it works: 

- All refunds are down to the discretion of the MIRROR PHARMA limited Management Team.

- We don’t take any responsibility for any orders being delayed during transit with our delivery partners. Any delays won’t be issued a refund unless this is authorised by management. (This includes all delivery options, Pre-timed options and international)

- MIRROR PHARMA limited is not responsible for any loss of income due to non-delivery or late deliveries.

- Any products that are due a refund needs to be returned to us unopened before we can issue a refund.

- If buying for business use we are rightfully able to decline all refund requests.

- Any products that are faulty will be investigated and no refund will be issued until the investigation has concluded, if we find a batch problem a refund will be issued. A refund is also down to management.

ALL REFUNDS CAN TAKE UPTO 3-5 WORKING DAYS TO ARRIVE BACK INTO YOUR ACCOUNT FROM THE DAY OF PROCESSING.

RETURNS POLICY

at MIRROR PHARMA limited we are confident to provide a high level of service and want you to feel 100% confident in using our services but in any instance of returns we offer a 14-day returns policy. Here’s how it work’s:

• No refunded will be honoured if the product(s) has been opened, used or damaged (including damage incurred during transit) OR  if they are prescription only products (POMS).
• No replacement or refund will be honoured if it's been 14 days from dispatch date.
• Replacements will under go investigations and any decision made will be down to the discretion of MIRROR MORRA limited Management team.
• set products cannot be returned due to their nature or hygiene and safety, this is down to management to accept or decline any returns.
