If you have not designated a safe place with the courier, you still concede and agree to accept responsibility for any loss of the parcel if the courier leaves it on your doorstep if you are not present to take the delivery. Cannul8 LTD cannot be held accountable for missing parcels once they have been delivered and documented via the courier app.
