These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales of aesthetic devices, consumables, skincare, and cosmetic products (“Products” and “Devices”) supplied by Aesthethically Ltd (“Aesthethically”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through our website, authorised representatives, or other sales channels.
By purchasing from Aesthethically Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1.1. Aesthethically Ltd offers live and virtual demonstrations for devices and selected professional products at our head office or via online consultation.
1.2. Clients are encouraged to request a product demonstration or consultation prior to purchasing for training and suitability purposes.
1.3. Any travel or related expenses for attending demonstrations are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.1. To confirm any device order, the client must pay a 30% non-refundable deposit (“Order Confirmation Payment”) of the total value at the time of purchase.
2.2. The balance must be paid in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed under a finance or instalment arrangement.
2.3. Deposits are non-refundable except in exceptional cases approved by Aesthethically Ltd.
2.4. Orders for products (e.g., skin boosters, cosmetics, consumables) require full payment at checkout unless otherwise arranged under a wholesale or distributor agreement.
3.1. Aesthethically Ltd accepts payment by bank transfer, debit/credit card, or approved finance providers.
3.2. Finance or lease agreements are offered through third-party partners and are subject to their own terms and approval criteria.
3.3. Aesthethically Ltd bears no responsibility for finance decisions or delays caused by third-party finance providers.
3.4. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
4.1. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order. We will make every effort to meet estimated schedules, but delays may occur due to stock availability, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
4.2. Risk and ownership of products transfer to the client upon delivery.

5.1. All devices sold by Aesthethically Ltd include a standard manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise stated in the purchase agreement.
5.2. Consumables and cosmetic products are not covered under warranty, but are guaranteed to arrive in good condition and within stated expiry dates.
5.3. Warranty coverage may vary by manufacturer. Claims must be submitted in line with manufacturer policies.
5.4. Aesthethically Ltd will assist clients with warranty claims and service requests, but the final decision lies with the manufacturer.
6.1. Device Sales: Devices are non-refundable once delivered unless faulty or damaged upon receipt.
6.2. Product Sales: For skincare, skin boosters, and consumables — due to hygiene, medical safety, and temperature sensitivity — we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
6.3. Clients must inspect all goods immediately upon delivery and notify Aesthethically Ltd within 7 days of any fault, damage, or discrepancy.
6.4. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
6.5. Refunds or replacements will only be issued once the goods have been inspected and approved by our quality team.
7.1. Aesthethically Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product or device supplied, including but not limited to financial loss, treatment results, or reputational harm.
7.2. The client assumes full responsibility for using all devices and products in accordance with their intended professional use, manufacturer instructions, and relevant UK regulations.
7.3. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific item in question.
8.1. All devices and professional-use products supplied by Aesthethically Ltd are intended for trained and qualified professionals only.
8.2. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with UK legislation, insurance requirements, and manufacturer usage guidelines.
8.3. Aesthethically Ltd shall not be responsible for any misuse or unlicensed application of professional products.

Returns and Refunds
1. Devices purchased through are non-refundable unless faulty.
2. Faulty devices may be returned in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty. Biotec Italia UK will not accept returns for any other reason unless otherwise agreed.
3. Clients must notify Biotec Italia UK of any defects within 7 days of delivery.
