FILLMED® NANOSOFT® Microneedles are an innovative single-use intradermal injection device developed to provide controlled, standardised and precise delivery of compatible injectable solutions into the dermal compartment.
Each NANOSOFT® device features an integrated array of three ultra-fine silicone microneedles, each measuring just 0.6mm in length. This specialised design enables practitioners to perform highly superficial and consistent intradermal injections, making NANOSOFT® particularly suitable for delicate treatment areas where precision, patient comfort and minimal tissue trauma are important.
Designed to mount onto a standard syringe in a similar manner to a conventional needle, NANOSOFT® provides practitioners with a simple and easy-to-handle delivery system without requiring a dedicated injection device.
FILLMED incorporates NANOSOFT® into professional skin-rejuvenation protocols using compatible products such as NCTF® 135 HA and M-HA® 10. The device allows precise intradermal placement within delicate areas including the eye contour, neck and décolleté.

3 × 0.6mm Microneedle Technology
Unlike a conventional hypodermic needle, NANOSOFT® incorporates an integrated array of three extremely short silicone microneedles.
Each microneedle measures only 0.6mm, allowing controlled delivery into the superficial dermal compartment. The three-microneedle configuration is designed to help practitioners achieve consistent injection depth, controlled intradermal delivery, standardised treatment and precise product placement within delicate areas.
FILLMED describes NANOSOFT® as approximately three times smaller than a conventional injection needle and has specifically developed the device to facilitate superficial intradermal procedures.
Following appropriate intradermal administration, small papules may form within the treatment area as the selected product is deposited within the dermis. According to FILLMED, these papules progressively disperse and typically resolve within approximately 24 hours.

Each NANOSOFT® device is supplied sterile and should remain within its protective packaging until immediately before use.

Storage & Handling

Appropriate aseptic technique should be maintained throughout the procedure. Do not use a NANOSOFT® device if its sterile packaging has been opened, damaged or otherwise compromised, or if the stated expiry date has passed.
Each device is intended for single use only and must not be reused or resterilised.
Following use, NANOSOFT® should be disposed of immediately within an appropriate clinical sharps container in accordance with applicable infection-control and clinical-waste procedures.
