FILLMED® ART FILLER® Lips – 2 × 1ml
FILLMED® ART FILLER® Lips is a premium cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid (HA) dermal filler with 0.3% lidocaine, specifically developed for lip volume, projection, definition and enhancement.
Manufactured by FILLMED in Europe, ART FILLER® Lips combines a high concentration of Hyaluronic Acid with the brand's proprietary Tri-Hyal® Technology to provide controlled volumisation while helping to maintain natural-looking lip movement and expression.
Formulated with 25mg/ml Hyaluronic Acid, ART FILLER® Lips has a thicker and more volumising texture than ART FILLER® Lips Soft, making it particularly suited to patients seeking greater lip fullness, projection and definition.
The product is designed for treatment of the red lip or vermilion to create increased fullness and projection, while the lip outline may also be treated where clinically appropriate to improve definition and contour.
Unlike softer lip fillers primarily intended for subtle enhancement or delicate perioral correction, ART FILLER® Lips provides greater projection and volumising capacity while retaining the elasticity and cohesivity required for natural lip movement.
The formulation also contains 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride for its local anaesthetic properties, helping to improve patient comfort during administration.

Product Composition
Cross-Linked Hyaluronic Acid – 25mg/ml
ART FILLER® Lips contains 25mg/ml cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid of non-animal origin.
Hyaluronic Acid is naturally present within human tissues and possesses significant water-binding properties. Within ART FILLER® Lips, cross-linked HA forms a viscoelastic gel specifically engineered to provide controlled lip volume, projection and definition.
The formulation is designed to support:
• Increased lip volume
• Improved lip projection
• Enhanced lip definition
• Improved lip contour
• Natural-looking augmentation
• Smooth tissue integration
• Natural lip movement and expression
• Controlled and precise product placement
The Hyaluronic Acid gel is biodegradable and gradually absorbed by the body over time.
Lidocaine Hydrochloride – 0.3%
ART FILLER® Lips contains 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride.
Lidocaine is incorporated into the formulation for its local anaesthetic properties and is intended to help improve patient comfort during treatment.
Tri-Hyal® Technology
ART FILLER® Lips incorporates FILLMED's proprietary Tri-Hyal® Technology, which combines different forms of Hyaluronic Acid to achieve specific rheological characteristics.
Tri-Hyal® Technology combines:
• Very long Hyaluronic Acid chains
• Long Hyaluronic Acid chains
• Free Hyaluronic Acid
By carefully balancing these different HA components, FILLMED creates gels with differing levels of elasticity, cohesivity, projection and spreadability across the ART FILLER® range.
ART FILLER® Lips is specifically formulated to provide greater modulability and projection than ART FILLER® Lips Soft, with a thicker texture designed for more noticeable lip volumisation.
The result is a filler capable of providing structural lip enhancement while allowing appropriately trained medical practitioners to maintain natural proportions, expression and movement.
Lip Volume & Projection
ART FILLER® Lips is specifically positioned for patients seeking increased lip volume and projection.
The formulation may be used to support aesthetic treatment objectives including:
• Increasing lip volume
• Improving lip projection
• Enhancing lip shape
• Improving lip contour
• Defining the lip outline
• Restoring age-related loss of lip volume
• Improving overall lip proportions
• Creating balanced upper and lower lip enhancement
ART FILLER® Lips forms part of FILLMED's professional Lip Menu, allowing practitioners to select between ART FILLER® Lips and ART FILLER® Lips Soft according to the patient's anatomy and desired treatment outcome.
Where ART FILLER® Lips Soft is designed primarily for softer enhancement and perioral correction, ART FILLER® Lips provides the more volumising option for patients seeking greater projection and fullness.

According to FILLMED's professional treatment guidance, ART FILLER® Lips may be used within areas including:
• Red lip / vermilion

The primary treatment objective of ART FILLER® Lips is lip volume and projection.
Product selection and placement should always be determined according to the patient's individual anatomy, tissue characteristics and desired treatment outcome.
For patients requiring softer lip enhancement or treatment of fine perioral wrinkles, ART FILLER® Lips Soft may provide a more appropriate option.
Professional Treatment Considerations
ART FILLER® Lips should only be administered by appropriately qualified medical professionals with suitable training and competence in lip augmentation and dermal filler procedures.
Before treatment, practitioners should undertake a comprehensive patient consultation and medical history, assess the patient's lip anatomy, existing volume and proportions, review previous dermal filler treatments and identify any relevant contraindications.
The patient's desired lip shape and treatment objectives should be discussed alongside realistic treatment expectations, possible adverse effects and potential complications. Appropriate informed consent should always be obtained before treatment.
ART FILLER® Lips is supplied with 27G ½" sterile single-use needles. FILLMED also states that the product may be administered using an appropriate needle or cannula technique.
Treatment volume, administration depth, injection technique and product placement should always follow FILLMED's current Instructions for Use, appropriate professional training and individual patient assessment.
Results & Longevity
ART FILLER® Lips is designed to provide an immediate improvement in lip volume and projection following treatment.
Potential treatment outcomes may include:
• Increased lip fullness
• Enhanced lip projection
• Improved lip definition
• Improved lip contour
• Better balance between the upper and lower lips
• Restoration of appropriate age-related volume loss
• Enhanced overall lip shape
• Natural-looking lip augmentation
The objective should be to enhance the lips while maintaining appropriate proportions and preserving natural facial characteristics, movement and expression.
The cross-linked Hyaluronic Acid gel is biodegradable and gradually absorbed by the body over time, meaning treatment results are temporary.
Individual longevity will vary according to factors including the amount of product administered, patient metabolism, lip movement, age, lifestyle, previous filler treatments, practitioner technique and individual biological response.
As the lips are a highly mobile anatomical area, treatment longevity can vary considerably between patients.
Maintenance or repeat treatment may be considered following professional reassessment and according to individual patient requirements.
Important Information
