FILLMED® ART FILLER® Eyes – 2 × 1ml
FILLMED® ART FILLER® Eyes is a specialised Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injectable with 0.3% lidocaine, specifically developed for the delicate periorbital and tear trough region.
Designed to address under-eye hollowing and improve the transition between the lower eyelid and cheek, ART FILLER® Eyes provides medical practitioners with a dedicated solution for subtle, natural-looking periocular rejuvenation.
The formulation has been specifically engineered for the unique anatomical and tissue characteristics of the eye area. Its rheological properties are designed to provide controlled correction while minimising excessive projection in an area where careful product selection and precise placement are particularly important.
ART FILLER® Eyes combines Hyaluronic Acid with FILLMED's proprietary Tri-Hyal® Technology, creating a smooth and adaptable gel designed to integrate naturally within the tissues and provide subtle correction of appropriate infraorbital volume deficiencies.
Unlike more structurally focused dermal fillers intended for areas such as the cheeks, chin or jawline, ART FILLER® Eyes has been specifically tailored to the delicate under-eye region, where controlled placement, tissue integration and natural-looking correction are essential.
The formulation also contains 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride for its local anaesthetic properties, helping to improve patient comfort during administration.

Product Composition
Hyaluronic Acid
ART FILLER® Eyes contains Hyaluronic Acid specifically formulated for treatment of the delicate periorbital region.
Hyaluronic Acid is naturally present within human tissues and possesses significant water-binding properties. Within an appropriately formulated injectable gel, it can provide controlled correction of volume deficiencies while supporting smooth integration within surrounding tissues.
Within ART FILLER® Eyes, the Hyaluronic Acid formulation is designed to support tear trough correction, improvement of under-eye hollowing, a smoother lower eyelid-to-cheek transition, subtle restoration of lost volume and natural-looking periocular rejuvenation.
The Hyaluronic Acid is biodegradable and gradually absorbed by the body over time.
Lidocaine Hydrochloride – 0.3%
ART FILLER® Eyes contains 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride.
Lidocaine is incorporated into the formulation for its local anaesthetic properties and is intended to help improve patient comfort during administration.
Tri-Hyal® Technology
ART FILLER® Eyes incorporates FILLMED's proprietary Tri-Hyal® Technology, developed to create injectable Hyaluronic Acid gels with rheological characteristics tailored to specific treatment indications.
Tri-Hyal® Technology combines different Hyaluronic Acid chain lengths to optimise characteristics including elasticity, cohesivity, spreadability, tissue integration, gel adaptability and injectability.
These characteristics are particularly important within the periorbital region, where the tissues are thin and delicate and excessive projection or inappropriate product placement may be particularly visible.
The formulation is therefore designed to provide controlled correction while integrating smoothly within the treated tissues.
Periorbital & Tear Trough Correction
ART FILLER® Eyes has been specifically developed for treatment of the periorbital region, particularly where under-eye hollowing contributes to a tired or aged appearance.
Ageing and individual facial anatomy can contribute to tear trough hollowing, infraorbital volume deficiency, increased visibility of the lid-cheek junction, anatomical shadowing beneath the eyes and changes in support within the periorbital region.
In appropriately selected patients, carefully administered Hyaluronic Acid treatment can help restore volume where required and create a smoother transition between the lower eyelid and upper cheek.
It is important to recognise that not all under-eye darkness is caused by volume loss. Pigmentation, vascular visibility, skin quality, oedema and anatomical shadowing can all contribute to the appearance of dark circles and may require different treatment approaches.
Comprehensive professional assessment is therefore particularly important before selecting ART FILLER® Eyes.

Common Treatment Areas
ART FILLER® Eyes is specifically developed for the periocular region.
Treatment areas may include:
• Tear trough
• Infraorbital hollow
• Lower eyelid-to-cheek junction
• Selected periorbital volume deficiencies where clinically appropriate
Treatment suitability should always be determined according to the patient's individual anatomy and the underlying cause of their presenting concern.
Not every patient presenting with under-eye darkness or a tired appearance will be suitable for tear trough filler.
Practitioners should consider factors including tear trough anatomy, lower-eyelid anatomy, skin quality and thickness, existing or malar oedema, fat-pad position, mid-face support, pigmentation, vascular visibility and previous dermal filler treatment.
Where the primary concern relates to skin quality rather than structural volume deficiency, an alternative regenerative or skin-quality treatment may be more appropriate.
Professional Treatment Considerations
ART FILLER® Eyes should only be administered by appropriately qualified medical professionals with advanced training and competence in periorbital and tear trough injectable procedures.
The periorbital region is anatomically complex and requires particularly careful patient selection, anatomical assessment and injection technique.
Prior to treatment, practitioners should undertake an appropriate consultation and medical history, detailed periorbital assessment, assessment of tear trough anatomy and lower-eyelid skin quality, assessment for pre-existing oedema, review of previous injectable treatments and contraindications, and obtain appropriate informed consent.
Treatment volume should be carefully controlled within the periorbital region to avoid unnecessary overcorrection.
Injection depth, product volume, administration technique and placement should always follow FILLMED's current Instructions for Use, appropriate advanced professional training and individual patient assessment.
Results & Longevity
ART FILLER® Eyes is designed to provide improvement in appropriate under-eye volume deficiencies following treatment.
Potential treatment outcomes may include:
• Reduced appearance of tear trough hollowing
• Improved infraorbital volume
• Smoother lower eyelid-to-cheek transition
• Reduced appearance of anatomical shadowing
• Improved under-eye contour
• Fresher-looking periocular appearance
• Natural-looking rejuvenation
Results should remain subtle and preserve the patient's natural facial characteristics rather than creating excessive under-eye volume.
The Hyaluronic Acid gel is biodegradable and gradually absorbed by the body over time, meaning treatment results are temporary.
Individual longevity will vary according to factors including patient anatomy, amount of product administered, treatment depth, skin and tissue quality, metabolism, lifestyle, previous aesthetic treatments, practitioner technique and individual biological response.
Maintenance or repeat treatment may be considered following professional reassessment where clinically appropriate.
Important Information
FILLMED® ART FILLER® Eyes is an injectable medical device intended strictly for use by appropriately qualified medical professionals with suitable training and competence in advanced periorbital injectable procedures.
Professional knowledge of periorbital anatomy, facial vascular anatomy, tear trough assessment, appropriate injection techniques, aseptic practice and the recognition and management of complications is essential.
Temporary treatment-site reactions may include redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, mild discomfort, localised sensitivity, temporary firmness or temporary asymmetry associated with swelling.
The periorbital region requires particular caution. Inappropriate patient selection, excessive product placement or incorrect injection technique may contribute to complications including persistent swelling, contour irregularities or visible product. More significant complications are also possible with injectable procedures.
Practitioners must possess appropriate training in the prevention, recognition and management of injectable complications, including vascular complications.
Always consult the current FILLMED Instructions for Use for complete indications, contraindications, precautions, warnings, administration guidance and potential adverse events before treatment.
Each syringe and supplied needle is intended for single use only. Product traceability labels should be recorded in accordance with FILLMED's Instructions for Use and applicable professional requirements.
Store ART FILLER® Eyes according to FILLMED's current storage recommendations. Do not use if the sterile packaging is damaged or compromised, the product has passed its expiry date, or product integrity or authenticity is in doubt.
