Product Overview:
Dalacin Cream contains Clindamycin 1%, an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections of the skin. It works by inhibiting bacterial growth, preventing the bacteria from producing proteins that are necessary for their survival. Dalacin Cream is effective in treating conditions such as acne, where the bacteria contribute to inflammation and the formation of pimples, as well as other bacterial skin infections.
Indications:
Dalacin Cream is prescribed for the topical treatment of:
Acne vulgaris, particularly for inflammatory acne.
Bacterial skin infections, where a topical antibiotic is indicated.
Dosage and Administration:
Apply a thin layer of Dalacin Cream to the affected areas once or twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
Gently massage the cream into the skin until it is absorbed.
Use consistently as prescribed for optimal results.
Wash your hands after applying the cream.
If symptoms persist or worsen after a few weeks of use, consult your healthcare provider for further guidance.
