Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason, simply email our customer services department [email protected] as soon as you have received your goods and explain that you wish to return the product.  Returns for a valid reason are at the Company’s entire discretion.

No refund will be honoured if the product(s) has been opened, used or damaged (including damage incurred during transit) back to us, unless product is faulty.  Returns can only be honoured if the product(s) is returned intact.

Please note, once you have placed an order and refuse acceptance of delivery of that order from either the local postal office, courier, border control or customs, then no refund will be issued as a result of the goods being returned to us.

We do not refund costs incurred by you shipping goods back to us.  We also strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning goods to us as no liability will be accepted by the Company for any returned goods lost in transit.

If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is supplied by the customer, Longeva Pharmacy cannot accept responsibility for any delay, loss, misdelivery or additional costs incurred as a result. Refunds or replacements will not be provided where an order has been dispatched to the address supplied by the customer.

Prescription-only medicines (POMs): Due to the nature of prescription-only medicines, once a product has been dispensed and dispatched, it cannot ordinarily be returned to pharmacy stock or resold. Refunds will therefore not ordinarily be provided where a customer changes their mind, refuses delivery, is unavailable to receive delivery, or fails to collect the order following an attempted delivery.

For temperature-sensitive medicines, customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery and for following the courier's instructions regarding redelivery or collection. Any delay resulting from a failed delivery attempt or failure to collect the order will be taken into consideration when assessing any complaint regarding the storage or condition of the product.
