Mandatory Agreement Checkbox Before proceeding with the checkout process, customers must agree to these terms and conditions, which include acceptance of our returns policy, customs fees, and charges (all orders taken at the customer's risk). SC Supplies will not be held responsible for customs abandoning parcels. Customers must also acknowledge that PRE ORDERS can take 7-14 WORKING days to enter the warehouse before being shipped.

9. Commercial Card Payment By paying with a card, you confirm that the card is a commercial card used for business purposes. Refunds of fees charged by Visa and Mastercard due to using a personal card will not be provided. Please contact customer services for more information.

11. International Deliveries For international deliveries, it is your responsibility to coordinate delivery with your domestic delivery provider if required.
12. Legal Compliance in Your Country SC Supplies will not be liable for any orders seized by customs or delayed due to laws governing the products we sell in your country. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your country's regulations.
13. Delivery and Contact Information It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their delivery and contact information are correct and complete before placing an order. SC Supplies is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
14. Delays Due to Covid-19 SC Supplies is not responsible for delivery delays caused by Covid-19. We use third-party couriers with their own delivery policies.
15. Additional Delivery Attempts SC Supplies arranges for one extra delivery attempt at our cost. If a second delivery attempt fails, the customer must pay for a third delivery attempt.
16. Lost or Stolen Packages SC Supplies is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. We will provide support, but we are not liable for any loss of income due to non-delivery.
17. Proof of Qualifications SC Supplies only sells to trained practitioners who have undertaken formal accredited aesthetics training. To process your first order, we may request proof of qualifications via email or text. Failure to provide proof may result in order cancellation and refund.
18. Replacement Items We reserve the right to replace products at our discretion. To request a replacement, customers must provide specific requirements, including photos and a detailed description of the issue. Items will only be replaced if the original is returned to us for testing.
19. Bank Holiday Ordering Orders placed for Next Working Day delivery over a bank holiday may experience delays due to courier backlogs. We cannot guarantee next-day delivery during these times, and postage costs will not be refunded.
20. Lost, Stolen & Damaged Items In the event of lost, stolen, missing, or damaged orders, customers must report the issue to SC Supplies within 48 hours for investigation. Photographic evidence of the shipping box and the items received will be required.
21. Leave Safe with Couriers If you choose to leave items safe with our delivery couriers, we are not liable for loss or theft after delivery.
22. Order Termination & Account Closure SC Supplies reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that breaches these terms and conditions or is linked to unethical or illegal behaviour. This includes purchases made without the correct insurance, purchases by unauthorized wholesalers, or any actions that may damage our brand. In such instances, we may close your account and withdraw our services.
23. Sales Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any sale items.
24. Statutory and Legal Obligations You are responsible for complying with statutory and legal obligations in the country where you practice, including CQC, HIS, and HIW regulations.
25. Complaints SC Supplies aims to resolve complaints promptly. Complaints should be made in writing by emailing SC Supplies. We will acknowledge complaints within one week of receipt.
26. Governing Law Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use is subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action or proceeding related to this website shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
27. Disclaimer of Liability SC Supplies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website or the materials contained herein. RETURNS

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please keep it intact and do not dispose of it. To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and our team will guide you through the process.
Please note that we accept returns only for faulty, incorrect, or damaged items. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot guarantee their quality after they have left our supply chain. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, any changes made to the courier service are beyond our control. We recommend being present during delivery and avoiding safe place delivery options.

REFUNDS

Products returned to SC Supplies by the courier will be refunded on request, minus £20 postage fee. 
If your parcel is lost, damaged, or delayed, an investigation with DPD is required. This process can take weeks, and a full refund is not guaranteed. Refunds will come from DPD, not SC Supplies.

Please note that during busy periods, delivery time slots may not always be guaranteed.
If you haven't received the refund, check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company and bank. 
If needed, contact our customer support team for further assistance.

SHIPPING 

We do not offer free returns. You are responsible for the cost of postage when returning unwanted items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Use recorded delivery for returns to ensure their safe arrival. It is your responsibility to arrange the return carriage and proper packaging to avoid damage during transit. Returns without original packaging and in poor condition will not be eligible for a refund.
