Product Overview:

Indications:
Aciclovir Cream is used for the treatment of:

• Cold sores (herpes simplex virus infection) on the lips and face.

• Other topical uses as recommended by your healthcare provider.

Dosage and Administration:

• Apply a thin layer of Aciclovir Cream to the affected area 5 times a day, at approximately 4-hour intervals, for 5 days (unless otherwise directed by your healthcare provider).

• Gently rub the cream into the affected area and surrounding skin.

• Begin treatment as soon as symptoms (such as tingling or itching) appear for maximum effectiveness.

• If symptoms persist beyond the recommended treatment period, consult your healthcare provider for further advice.

Warnings and Precautions:

• Aciclovir Cream should be used as directed.

• Avoid applying the cream to broken skin or open sores.

• Wash your hands before and after using the cream to avoid spreading the virus.

• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes.

• If irritation or allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and consult your healthcare provider.

• Aciclovir Cream is for topical use only and should not be ingested.

Side Effects:
Common side effects may include mild burning, stinging, or itching at the site of application.
