Vitamin D3 is generally safe when taken in recommended doses. However, excessive intake can lead to side effects such as nausea, constipation, and hypercalcemia—an elevated calcium level in the blood. It's essential to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any supplementation, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are taking other medications. For personalised advice on Vitamin D3 for skin health and overall well-being, contact our clinic today.
Yes, you can combine the Vitamin D3 new questionnaire with other treatments. However, it’s essential to consult your healthcare provider or aesthetic practitioner first. This ensures that all treatments complement each other and support your overall health and skin goals effectively. Proper assessment will help tailor a safe and effective treatment plan that includes Vitamin D3 alongside any other therapies you may be considering.
After receiving Vitamin D3 therapy, it's essential to stay hydrated and maintain a balanced diet rich in vitamin D.
