Due to the nature of the item, for sterilised products, there are no refunds or exchanges on used and opened products. You have 14 days to notify us if you would like to return or exchange any unopened or unused products, and you will receive a refund or an exchange. Always Viva Wholesale accepts returns of unwanted and unused items within 14 days of receipt.
We are unable to refund any fillers that have be removed from the box.
