• All products sold and created by Graham Designs are digital products, not physical ones. When you place an order, you will receive digital designs only. Printable designs will always be sent mocked to the correct file format meeded for personal and professional printing.

2. Usage Restrictions:

• The digital products purchased from Graham Designs are intended for your personal use and for the promotion of your own business only.
• You are strictly prohibited from selling, sharing, or distributing any digital products acquired from Graham Designs to third parties.
• Branding and marketing materials provided by Graham Designs are for your exclusive use within your business. You may not share or resell these materials or any links associated with them.
• All products are prohibited from use from social media managers & marketers for business owners, this falls under the catagory of selling on material created by Graham Designs. 

3. Support:

• Graham Designs does not provide unlimited 1-1 support with any purchase, however, we value our community and are committed to assisting business owners and will aim to help out whenever we can.

Refund Policy for Graham Designs

1. Digital Products Refund Policy:

- Due to the digital nature of all our products, once purchased, refunds cannot be issued. We strongly advise you to thoroughly read all product details before making any digital product purchases from Graham Designs.

2. Premade Logo Designs:

- All premade logo designs come as they are in regards to color, font, and layout. Personalization is limited to your business name only. By purchasing a premade logo design, you acknowledge and agree that personalization beyond the business name is not permitted.

3. Requirements for Certain Products:

- Some of our products may require the use of paid software and apps such as Canva and Photoshop. Details regarding any necessary software or tools are always provided in the product description. We recommend that you read and understand these requirements before making a purchase.

4. 24-Hour Logo Designs:

-In the rare case of high volume of orders causing delays the rare case of a technical error, the delivery of 24-hour logo designs may be delayed, with a maximum turnaround of up to 72 hours. Please note that a delayed delivery of a premade logo design within 24 hours does not qualify for a refund or partial refund.

5. Bespoke Branding Services:

- When you book bespoke branding services with us, a specific time slot is allocated for your project, and the branding process begins on the agreed-upon day. Refunds will not be provided if we do not hear from you or if you change your mind after committing to bespoke branding services.
