Pathway to Aesthetic course

Our courses are divided into theory online and in person practical training. The course is designed over several days, however we can bespoke this to accommodate the need of our learners of practical training and case studies are required. We can bespoke the training if it is for a 121. Shadowing in a clinic can be available and we do recommend this at no extra cost to our learners. Advice and help with suppliers, prescribers, and insurance to set up your business. The course structure below is based if you already have your level 3 & 4 A & P. Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels and Micro needling Courses includes theory and practical training in Dermaplaning, Chemical Peels and Micro needling. These courses are very profitable treatment for your business. You will work through your E-Learning platform at your own pace. It covers everything you need to know. Then when you have completed the online theory, you will come in to carry out your practical learning. Which means you should feel confident when performing these treatments. The practical training will usually last for half a day for each facial course, please note the practical training days will not be consecutive. Vitamin B12 Vitamin B12 training. This is the first part of the course where you will be introduced to injecting needles into someone’s skin. This course will get you comfortable with the use of needles which will hopefully make you feel more confident when you train in Dermal Fillers and Anti – wrinkle injections. This treatment is beneficial for people who may be lacking in Vitamin B12 and need that extra boost, so it is another treatment that is great to be able to offer to your own client base. You will first complete online training, and then will go on to do practical training in the classroom. Foundation Filler & Wrinkle Relaxing Foundation Filler and Foundation Wrinkle Relaxing training. These courses will be the most challenging and most exciting to do. For both courses you will complete online theory. You will then complete pratical training foundation fillers in which you will cover areas such as the lips, chin, marionette lines and cheeks. For wrinkle relaxing you will complete 1-2 days of practical training focusing on areas such as crows’ feet, frown lines and forehead lines. Both courses require 6 case studies. We do request for you to bring in models if possible and we will offer models to come in for our training days. Dress Code A professional beauty uniform or scrubs are preferred, but if you are new to the industry plain long black sleeve clothing is fine (long sleeves must be able to be rolled up to prevent cross contamination). Jewellery to be removed, hair tied off the face, no excessive long nails, no flip flops or sliders, all shoes must be close toed. Our course is ACCREDITED BY Centre of CPD Excellence Infection Control and Health & Safety certification will be gained via observation during assessment and case studies within the technical modules. Chemical Peels (Exam and assignment) certification will be gained via observation/assessment and case studies (4 case studies) Dermaplaning (Exam and assignment) certification will be gained via observation/assessment and case studies (4 case studies) Micro needling (Exam and assignment) certification will be gained via observation/assessment and case studies (4 case studies) B12 Injections (Exam and assignment) Certification will be gained via observation/assessment. Foundation Fillers (Exam and assignment) certification will be gained via observation/assessment and case studies (5 case studies) Foundation Wrinkle Relaxing (Exam and assignment) certification will be gained via observation/assessment and case studies (5 case studies) Managing Complications certificate will be gained via online learning and an Exam Once completed and certificates obtained you will be able to gain insurance We do offer on-going support and guidance.
