Microdermabrasion is a non-invasive exfoliating and skin rejuvenation procedure. This Microdermabrasion training course is delivered using a machine that has diamond cut abrasive surgical steel attachments to gently abraise the skin. A vacuum then removes epidermal skin cells. Designed to treat a number of skin conditions and imperfections, including wrinkles, reduce fine lines, acne scaring, pigmentation and sun-damaged skin. A professional microdermabrasion procedure can take between 30 - 40 minutes. Often more than one treatment is needed to achieve maximum results. Sessions are usually performed at two to three week intervals to allow for recovery times.
