Schedule :Day 1
10am start
Haj will introduce himself, and go over the details of the course, The first day will consist of theory./ practice on mats
The the course will end around 3:30 p.m.
Day 2- 10am
This will consist of theory and live models
Day 3-10am
live models , . course will end around 3-30pm
That,s it your all done, you have now completed
Course at ashwood is finished
