Level 3 Award In Education & Training

This course is suitable if you work or want to work as a teacher/trainer/tutor in further education colleges, adult and community education, the voluntary sector, commerce, industry, the public sector or HM forces. The AET Award is a mandatory minimum qualification for all those teaching in the Learning and Skills Sector and replaces the old PTLLS qualification. There are three units to complete this consist of: Understanding Roles, Responsibilities & Relationships In education & Training Understanding & Using Inclusive & Learning Approaches In Education & Training Understanding Assessment In Education & Training Each unit has a workbook that has a range of related questions that need to be completed. Unit two also requires the completion of a lesson plan, risk assessment and micro teach session (this can be done via Zoom). If you wish to progress past the AET3 we also have the level 3 in assessing and level 4 in IQA. Fast track and bundle options are available.
