Course Description It is our sole focus and aim to provide our dermal filler students with the ability and confidence to be able to practice dermal fillers professionally, ethically, and confidently after completing the course. Our trainers are equipped with all the knowledge and practical skills needed to provide you with a solid foundation to begin your career in dermal fillers. This 2 day dermal filler course will cover the fundamentals to enable the student to work with Hyaluronic acid based dermal filler in a safe, sterile and hygienic way. Our industry leading trainer will take you through the theory behind the technique and give advice on products currently available in the industry. You will be given a full colour training manual which will be yours to keep. You will be shown how to set up your station correctly. How to do a thorough pre treatment consultation and set expectations. How to treat a range of areas as well as maintain client comfort. How to explain after care support to your client. Also, a thorough section on contraindications, complications and post procedure support. On completion of the training day, the tutor will provide full details on everything you need to get started in your new career. Material Includes • Health and Safety • First Aid & Anaphylaxis • Anatomy and Physiology • The Principles of Hyaluronic Acid • The benefits of Hyaluronic Acid • Client Consultation, expectations, and contra-indications. • Side Effects • Area of application (Lips, Marionette Lines and Nasolabial Folds) • Needling Techniques • Aftercare PRACTICAL: • Tutor Demonstration of Foundation Dermal Filler • Practical session for students to carry out Dermal Filler Duration: 2 Day practical training within depth theory Accreditation: Fully CPD accredited Entry Requirements: NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy, or Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology with 6 months Microneedling experience or Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology with 12 months Microblading or SPMU Refresher Courses Available – Please call to speak to a member of the team if you are already qualified however feel you would benefit from a refresher training session as we will be able to assist as we offer bespoke, refresher training. Once you have completed this course you can progress onto the Advanced Dermal Filler course covering Canula work, Tear Trough & Nose Rhinoplasty & advanced injection techniques. It is your responsibility to ensure that you can gain adequate insurance, before booking this course.
