Ella is an amazing therapist. I’m actually really fussy when it comes to massage, but Ella just seems to know exactly what your body needs and adapts every treatment to you as an individual. She is so knowledgeable and it’s really clear how passionate she is about what she does. You feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the door, and the whole experience is so peaceful and calming. You feel completely pampered and leave feeling like you’ve been to heaven and back! I highly recommend Ella and can’t wait to go back. So pleased my daughter and I found you! ❤️

I found out about Ella at zen therapy through a mutual friend . I wish I could convey in words just how skilled Ella is with the massages she gives . I have a reacurring right shoulder niggle and the relief of the massages are unbelievable. I believe it's because Ella takes her time to find what works best for my body and targets the area with so much knowledge and skill. Can't praise Ella enough .

I had the most fabulous Swedish massage and Indian head massage at Zen Therapy with Ella. My daughter is a regular customer and kindly treated me to a massage too. I hadn’t had a massage for years, so it was such a lovely, relaxing experience. Ella was wonderful, I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I would definitely recommend Zen Therapy
