Kelly is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly. What I appreciate most is that she is honest and genuinely cares about what is best for my skin, rather than simply recommending products or treatments for the sake of it. She always recommends appropriate products and techniques based on what my skin actually needs. She is gentle, kind and attentive, and you can really tell that she has extensive experience and a genuine passion for what she does. My skin felt amazing after the treatment, and I’ve also been really happy with the products she gave me and recommended for me to use at home. The new studio itself is beautiful, calm, peaceful and very aesthetically pleasing, which makes the whole experience even more relaxing. Knowing Kelly’s background, experience and the level of care she provides, I genuinely feel that the price is absolutely worth it.
