So far so good, I’m into my 8th day now and have lost 4 lbs , the need to eat when not really hungry has abated somewhat, I haven’t had any side affects so far , so all good , I will monitor progress over the next 3 weeks and report back , hopefully a slimmer version of my previous self. .
