Hi I wasn't going to say anything but then got this email prompting me to review so I thought , why not let you know what I thought to help you Improve your service n grow your business. I've been following your socials for a while and thought the ultimate 15 facial sounded amazing as a pre event pamper- I was bridesmaid 3 days after the facial. My appointment was booked with Jayde but when I got there it was her daughter who explained she would be doing the treatment due to illness(this is absolutely fine things like this can't be helped and its better than cancelling the appointment). However the girl didn't introduce herself, therefore I don't know her name. She didn't give a consultation on my skin type or what I wanted from the facial. At the step of the face mask she never offered any options or inform me of what I had on my face.... I then asked which face mask it was and she said a deep clensing mud- im 40 years old do not have blocked pores or blemishes- so would have much preferred an anti aging, collagen or radiance boosting mask especially since this was supposed to be my pre event glow up. The whole 15 step facial was over in 32 minutes which I feel was not long enough for a thorough ultimate facial. I really wanted to like place as I value all of the non judgemental, respecting individuality stuff they post. However I didn't find my facial relaxing or beneficial to my skin. The girl presented as not very experienced or confident- which would have been fine if I was paying a trainee or junior therapist rate but I paid the same price as I would have for the Salon owner who I had originally booked with. Unfortunately I am probably unlikely to return......although I do wonder what my experience would have been like with the salon owner as she has many good review.
