Brilliant therapist, made me feel very comfortable, and safe. Asked for feedback throughout session to ensure pressure was ok and made a huge difference to my super tight shoulders. I recently had a sports massage at HP Massage in WDR Centre, and it was an incredible experience! Hayden was very knowledgeable, targeting my specific areas of tension and helping me recover from my accident. The atmosphere was relaxing too. Highly recommend!
