Very friendly, service. The client is made to feel relaxed and comfortable. Great polish selection.

First facial with friend for pre Christmas treat. Salon positioned at back of barbers had to wait for 40 minutes in barber shop. No headband to keep hair off face. No treatment couch had to sit upright with awkward headrest with neck pain throughout and after. Didn't see water was changed between my friend and my facial. Room dark and depressing. 'Beauticians' phone ringing and pinging throughout even after suggesting it was turned off. No nice mood music or candles. Wowcher offer no prosecco offered. Not relaxing very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend.

Merchant no longer at address then cancelled appointment 10.minutes before treatment was due. Very frustrating as going on holiday next day. Still waiting for refund. Would not recommend.
