I booked Kaylee for a lip flip, not really knowing what to expext as id nevee had any treatment done before . She is lovely, knowledgeable and very reassuring, makes you feel completely at ease and answers any questions. My treatment was a so much easier and less painfull than I thought it would be . And I love the look it has gave me but still soo natural , it has restored my confidence yet people haven't asked what iv had done ...perfect! Highly recommended
