Highly recommend Jo. Professional yet instantly puts you at ease. She listens to your goals and expectations and explains treatments, processes and aftercare in a thorough yet easy to understand manner. I feel at ease to ask any questions I might have before and after treatments and I feel like I’m in safe hands! She is gentle and constantly checking you aren’t in any discomfort during treatments. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face!
