the hairdresser did not have all the equipment to shave my hair around my hairline and suggested I did this at home ? My hairline is low so hence I arrived it was covered by hair length, but I left with it on display, upsetting. She offered to ‘try and borrow something from barber next door’ but this was not acceptable to me. The straightened finish was poor. Not a ‘ salon finish’ I actually think my hair wasn’t totally dry before the straightening started! Nice lady, reasonable price, but not prepared. I would not recommend when I would not return.
