If I could, I would give this place zero stars—even one star feels far too generous. She seems to see clients as nothing more than walking paychecks. Do not simply take her words at face value. Her advice seemed to be driven by getting me to pay more , rather than by what was genuinely in my best interest! When I came to this conclusion, I refused to pay her another £85 for more injections. I couldn’t trust her anymore. I had Botox injections, and in less than two months, the effects had completely worn off, with no trace left. It honestly felt like I’d been injected with plain water. Not only did I see absolutely no results from the treatment, but I also ended up wasting £310 on something that did nothing for me. I honestly wish I’d donated that money to someone in need instead. When I initially asked for a discount at the time of booking, she said, “Instead of the discount, I’ll give you a free skin booster as a gift from me.” However, later she completely backed out of this and started giving me what I felt were ridiculous and irrelevant excuses. Some of the explanations had nothing to do with the original agreement, including something about my booking time. Funny! It would have been far more honest to simply say, “I’ve already got your money, so I’m not giving you the skin booster anymore,” rather than giving me a series of excuses that made no sense to me. At that point, I was so disappointed and disgusted by the situation that I didn’t even bother arguing further. I simply walked away feeling sorry that someone would put money before honesty and integrity. Nobody should compromise their integrity and dignity just for a bit extra money. Hopefully, this experience will serve as a lesson. Unfortunately the level of professionalism and customer service was extremely disappointing. On top of all this, I noticed that she did not put a paper couch roll on the treatment bed for clients to sit or lie on, she just called next client without the treatment bed being cleaned or sanitized between clients. 🤦‍♀️I found this completely unacceptable and very concerning from a hygiene perspective. As soon as I came home from that place, I felt the need to shower immediately and wash the clothes I had been wearing. The whole experience was terrible and disappointing plus expensive 🤦‍♀️😢definitely NOT recommended !
