The lip filler treatment itself was satisfactory, but unfortunately my overall experience wasn't. As soon as I arrived, I received an unnecessary comment about my nails, which made me feel uncomfortable. I was there to have my lips treated, not to receive personal remarks unrelated to the appointment. More importantly, before the procedure I clearly agreed to before-and-after photos of my lips only, not my face. Despite this, my face was posted publicly on social media without my consent. I politely requested that the photo be removed, but my messages have gone unanswered and the image remains online. Respecting a client's privacy and wishes is extremely important, and sadly this experience left me disappointed.
