Lesley was very informative and clear when explaining the treatment and what the benefits are and how I can continue these after the treatment. The space was very relaxing, calming and sounds and scents were serene. Lesley was very gentle and guided me through any movements required and the treatment felt amazing. I personally favoured when she was working on my stomach area as I have been suffering a lot of cramp and discomfort and this felt like I was being unknotted and released. I felt very at peace and literally drained - but in the best way! I felt completely relaxed and I felt like I had been released energetically and I was ready to sleep right away. I did come home and in fact get into bed and I was asleep before 9pm for the first time in forever and I slept like a baby!

I really enjoyed my treatment with Lesley. From the beginning she naturally made me feel at ease and comfortable. Throughout the treatment Lesley was very informative throughout which I really enjoyed. Lesley would also check in with me to ensure that the pressure of the massage was okay for me and let me lead how much pressure I wanted. The results from the facial were amazing and I was in shock at the difference in certain areas of my face. Lesley provided good advice following the treatment and I must say I have slept really well the past couple of nights, felt calmer and I have had a few compliments on my face too. I highly recommend booking in for a treatment from Lesley you will instantly feel relaxed in her presence and beautiful room.
