I recently booked a lymphatic drainage facial with Sarah, and I can honestly say it was a transformative experience. From start to finish, Sarah proved herself to be an incredibly knowledgeable and skilled practitioner. Before we even began, she took the time to explain process of the the lymphatic system, how fluid retention affects the face, and why gentle, rhythmic pressure is required rather than that of a deep tissue massage. The session itself was deeply relaxing and i think i drifted off twice. Sarah has a brilliant and her technique was incredibly soothing melting away all the tension in my jaw, neck, and forehead. After the treatment it left my face feeling entirely rejuvenated. If you are looking for a practitioner then look no further than Sarah. I cannot recommend her highly enough and am already counting down the days until my next appointment. Thanks Sarah!
