I had my very first Botox appointment with Rhiannon and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, she was so lovely, professional and reassuring, which made me feel completely at ease as a first-timer. The studio itself is absolutely beautiful — so cosy, welcoming and thoughtfully decorated, which instantly made me feel comfortable. Rhiannon made sure I was fully informed in the lead-up to my appointment, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions I had. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I really appreciated how much she prioritised making sure I felt confident in my decision. The appointment itself was such a positive experience. She genuinely cares about her clients and wants you to feel comfortable and happy with your treatment. I was also really impressed with the aftercare advice she provided. Everything was explained clearly, and I left knowing exactly what I needed to do to look after my skin and get the best possible results. I’m so glad I chose Rhiannon for my first Botox experience and would absolutely recommend her to anyone, especially if you’re feeling nervous or it’s your first time. I already feel so much more confident and will definitely be returning

Rhiannon was extremely kind and gentle.. you can tell she is a nurse. She put me at ease straight away and gave me the information I needed before she proceeded with the treatment. After care was explained in full. I will definitely be coming back for more.. thank you so much.. 💖
