Sophia was so lovely and professional from start to finish, I felt completely at ease and relaxed throughout. I’ve had microneedling in another clinic previously but this was a completely different experience. The room was so inviting, with relaxing music and lighting. I was offered camomile tea whilst discussed the treatment and complete medical and consent forms. Sophia then explained that she offers a holistic approach, and although microneedling is a clinical treatment she likes to start with complementary therapies such as massage. The massage was amazing and I was able to completely unwind, something that I wasn’t expecting at all. The microneedling itself was comfortable and I left feeling wonderful. I rebooked my next treatment within days and have recommended Sophia to all my friends. I can’t wait for my next appointment!
