Absolutely amazing, very caring and took time with my daughter to have her ears pierced (not that she needed it with being so brave) you talked her through every step and double checked she wanted them done, not just me, her mum. She’s absolutely made up with her earrings. Thank you for such a Brilliant experience and puppy snuggles at the end
