I visited Imogen for electrolysis treatment on my milia after a previous attempt at another clinic had been unsuccessful. From the start, Imogen was incredibly friendly, helpful, and reassuring—I immediately felt confident in her ability to remove the milia effectively. She was extremely thorough and took the time to clearly explain the entire process before beginning. Her clinic was lovely: very clean, peaceful, and with a calming atmosphere that helped me relax. I had been quite anxious beforehand, as my previous experience with milia removal had been both painful and ineffective, but I needn't have worried—this was a completely different experience. I would highly recommend Imogen to anyone considering milia removal or electrolysis treatment. 5 stars!
